FAQ

Downloaded file shows as "damaged" or won't open?
KongGoo is Apple Notarized, so this shouldn't normally happen. If it does, run in Terminal:
xattr -cr /Applications/KongGoo.app
Then reopen the app.
Can't find "Developer Mode" in iPhone Settings?
This option is only available on iOS 16+, and your iPhone needs to be connected to a computer via USB first. Click "Initialize Connection" in KongGoo, then go to Settings → Privacy & Security at the bottom.
Is there a time limit for Route mode?
Yes, Route mode currently runs for up to 5 minutes per session. This ensures location simulation stability. You can restart anytime.
Will I be charged automatically after the free trial?
No. After the 1-week free trial, the app will prompt you to purchase, but won't charge automatically. Choose Annual (US$22) or Lifetime (US$55).
How many devices can one license key be used on?
Each license key is bound to one device. Contact support for device transfer if needed.
Why does macOS ask for a password during initialization?
macOS requires admin privileges for USB communication with iOS devices. Enter your computer login password — this is normal security behavior.
